“FENSTERBAU FRONTALE 2018” in Nuremberg
FENSTERBAU FRONTALE continues to grow and is becoming ever more international – this is the conclusion drawn by the trade fair management of the world’s leading trade fair for window, door and façade construction held from 21 to 24 March. To mark the 30th anniversary of FENSTERBAU FRONTALE in Nuremberg, over 814 exhibitors, around half of them from abroad, presented their products and services —a record in number of exhibitors and countries!
As every year, CAD-PLAN used the FENSTERBAU FRONTALE once again this year to keep contact with their customers and prospects to demonstrate the latest versions of ATHENA, flixo and SJ MEPLA. At the joint stand with Orgadata, T.A.Project and Soft-Ing-Team, CAD-PLAN welcomed a significantly greater number of visitors compared to the previous year. Particularly striking was the large number of first contacts made. Also, the proportion of foreign visitors was remarkably high, bearing in mind that in the past, FENSTERBAU FRONTALE was considered a national trade fair. CAD-PLAN welcomed visitors from a lot of different regions ranging from Scandinavia to Brazil.
For the first time in the history of CAD-PLAN’s attendance of trade fair events, a stage with live presentations was used. New ATHENA features and valuable information on metal and façade construction, in particular on BIM, were presented to the interested specialist audience.
On the evening of the second day of the fair, it was once again time for relaxed industry gossip. As always, the traditional trade fair party at the joint stand was very well attended and offered the opportunity to end a strenuous day at the fair with food, drinks and some live music.
“A really successful trade fair” is CAD-PLAN’s summary of this year’s participation at FENSTERBAU FRONTALE, and their attendance at the 2020 fair has already been decided.
